Nature Masterclass – NEW! “Effective Science Communication”
Dear Doctoral Candidates,
We are happy to announce a new addition to the Nature Masterclasses online courses portfolio developed by Nature Research. The new course "Effective Science Communication" is designed by experts in science communication, science writing and editing, and other related fields. It addresses researchers from all disciplines that want to develop their science communication skills.
The module contains bite-size lessons to provide an accessible, dip-in-and-out format for busy researchers. You can track your progress through the course and fit the lessons around your work schedule. In the course you will learn
- to tailor your communication to different audiences
- learn storytelling techniques to build a compelling scientific story
- apply strategies for a non-scientific audience to
- tips and techniques for communicating your research via writing, public talks, presentations and social media
